MLA worked with retail designer Todd Mindermann to create Shore's new flagship retail store at Disney World's new town center, Disney Springs. This 4332 sf tenant improvement included exterior and interior finishes, and required careful coordination between central Florida's stringent hurricane design requirements and Epcot's demanding design, construction and operating requirements. MLA worked together with Todd, the Owner and the Contractor to carefully develop and detail the project, to ensure a smooth construction process and strict adherence to the very aggressive development schedule, culminating in the successful completion of this project.
