1001 Market Street is a Mixed-Use commercial and residential building on a small, triangular and restrictive site at a high-visibility Market Street location near downtown Kirkland. The project provides the community with two new fitness businesses, two new high-end residences, and underbuilding parking.

This very challenging site and project required the navigation of countless programmatic, design, jurisdictional, political, and natural constraints to produce a successful final product that is an exceptional asset to the community.
