1001 Market Street will be a Mixed Use commercial and residential building on a small triangular site at a high-visibility Market Street Location. The project, when completed, will provide the community with two new fitness businesses, two new high-end residences, and underbuilding parking.

This very challenging site and project required the navigation of countless programmatic, political, design, jurisdictional and natural constraints to produce a successful proposal and project.
